ATS RELEASES 2.0 VERSIONS OF POPULAR "RIGHT TRACK" SOFTWARE:  ENHANCEMENTS REVOLUTIONIZE NON-ARC COMMISSION TRACKING/REPORTING

New York, April 17, 1998: Automated Travel Solutions, Inc. (ATS) has just announced that it will formally release the 2.0 versions of its popular non-ARC commission tracking and reporting software program, The Right Track. Featuring both a Standard and Deluxe upgrade, the new versions allow even the smallest travel agencies to utilize affordable cutting-edge technology in order to collect every penny they are owed from hotel and car rental vendors, and to use post-booking data to change booking patterns to increase productivity and profitability.

"With the latest round of airline commission cuts, now affecting both international and domestic airline tickets, savvy agencies of every size realize how vital it is to maximize commission receipts from non-capped vendors. The Right Track 2.0 lease is designed to help them accomplish this task in the most cost-effective and timely manner," said Gordon Barclay, ATS President.

Though the 2.0 version has enjoyed an extremely successful pre-release period, limited strictly to ATS' user base, the company postponed the new version's formal release until all written and electronic documentation was completed. The release also coincides with the launch of ATS' new web site, http://www.automatedtravel.com.

The Right Track 2.0 Deluxe enhancements include the following:

Leased versions of The Right Track 2.0 will automatically include the program's most popular features, including:

The Right Track is leased monthly; substantial discounts exist for agencies which prepay lease charges twelve months in advance. Payments can be made by agency check or American Express card.

The Right Track has been distributed since 1992, and currently resides in such world-class agencies as VTS Travel Enterprises, McCord Travel, Direct Travel, all in New York; Associated Travel in California; Total Travel Management in Michigan; Professional Travel in Colorado and Travel One in New Jersey. Many users have reported substantial increases in their commission receipts, and reductions in hotel/car commission check-posting time of up to 60%.
