The Right Track - Version 2.00 Deluxe Edition is available from Automated Travel Solutions, Inc. on a lease basis only. There are two pricing plans which are both outlined below. The prices are effective as of June 1, 1997, and are subject to change.

The above prices include: The Right Track - Version 2.00 Deluxe Edition software with one (1) Back Office Accounting Import module as well as all currently available Electronic Reconciliation modules (Pegasus (HCC) or Marriott and NPC), Full Technical Support, Minor updates and Bug Fixes, Choice of 16-bit or 32-bit MS-Windows platforms.

 

Additional Charges

One Time Setup Fee $100.00 for Single-User / $250.00 for Multi-User.
Major Enhancements $100.00 one time charge for the upgrade, all price increases
              take place when the contract comes due
Capacity Upgrades $ 50.00 per each 30,000 booking increase.
Additional Modules $250.00 one time charge for each new module.
Training $500.00 per day for individualized instruction plus
              transportation expenses for on-site training.
              (1/2 day sessions are available based on location.)

 


Version 2.00 Deluxe Cost/Capacity Chart

This chart is based on the premise the for each million in annual revenue that an agency does, they will have about 2,000 Hotel and Car Bookings for an 18 month time frame. Most agencies would want to keep 18 months of data on-line so they can run yearly comparison reports and properly bill the overdue properties/chains. If you are only tracking hotels and not cars (or vice versa), you can reduce these capacity estimates by half. If, however, you want to track cruises and tours in addition to hotels and cars, you might want to increase the capacity estimates.
