This area is
meant for Current Right Track Users Only!! It is designed to allow
clients with technical support issues to seek a resolution without having to contact our
support desk. To that end, we offer an extensive list of frequently
asked support questions along with detailed answers that often contain step-by-step
instructions on how to cure the given problem. If the answer to a particular problem
is not found in this list, we also have a Problem Report Form,
which users can fill out with information related to the situation and send it directly to
us. At that point, a member of our support desk will contact the sender, either by
phone or e-mail, with a resolution or work-around. If the problem is a result of a
bug which was fixed in a newer version of the program, we have a link to our Download area, where all the latest versions of programs,
utilities and documentation associated with every Right Track version is available.
That way, users can get an immediate resolution to any problem they might encounter.
Right Track users who have ideas about features that should be in future versions of the software are encouraged to fill out our Enhancement Request Form. Many of the features added to the 2.00 Deluxe version of The Right Track came from user requests. We feel that this is the best type of feedback, and if the request is programmatically possible and one that will benefit a majority of Right Track users, we will be more than happy to include it in a future version.
NOTE: Since these areas are meant only for current customers, access to them is restricted. Anyone attempting to enter these places will be asked for a User Name and Password. In order for current Right Track users to get past this check, they just need to enter their 10 digit Right Track Serial Number in both of these fields. This number can be found either on the Installation Disks, or from within the program (it is displayed in the initial sign-on screen and can be found by choosing Help and then About The Right Track from the Main Menu).
